Casa Filip Sarichioi (Tulcea) is an old Lipovan homestead, built in 1921, located right in the heart of the village and just a few steps from the shore of Lake Razim. After an extensive restoration process, we officially opened our doors in 2019 for those wanting to experience the spirit of the place. The location is authorized as a tourist guesthouse and is classified with 4 stars. We are also authorized as a Local Gastronomic Point with local specific.

The minimum stay is two nights regardless of the time of year. For a three-night stay we offer a 10% discount, for four nights a 15% discount, and for five nights a 20% discount. Discounts apply exclusively to bookings made with us on the website (not on other platforms).

The displayed rates include Breakfast (rich and varied, served at the table) and VAT (9%). Payment and invoicing will be made in lei, at the BNR exchange rate on the day of the reservation.

For groups booking at least two apartments, we can also prepare dinner on request (160 lei/adult and 80 lei/child). But only if we don't organize a private or public event that weekend. Dinner consists of three courses (fish starter, main course and homemade dessert). Fresh fish is the basic ingredient, but if needed we can also use country chicken. Restaurant services will be paid at the location, at check-out.
